A deposit is required to secure calendar time. The balance is due on the agreed schedule. Late payments may pause work.
Once paid in full, you own the final agents, systems, and documentation we build together. I retain the right to use general methods and non-confidential learnings in future work.
AI models and platforms evolve. I design for portability and measurable outcomes, but I do not guarantee any third-party model’s pricing, availability, or behaviour. Scope covers agreed systems — not infinite rewrites as the industry shifts, unless retained under ongoing support.
Either party may end the engagement with 14 days’ notice. You are billed only for work completed.
Outcomes depend on your data readiness, team adoption, and operational context. Target outcomes described on the site are directional, not contractual SLAs, unless written into a signed statement of work.
